Es wird in F\u00e4llen verwendet, in denen im Oberkiefer nicht gen\u00fcgend Knochen vorhanden ist, insbesondere bei Patienten mit fortgeschrittenem Knochenabbau. Herk\u00f6mmliche Implantate sind in der Regel 8-12 mm lang, w\u00e4hrend Jochbein-Implantate zwischen 30-50 mm variieren.  <\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-position: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Diese Implantate werden in den Wangenknochen (Jochbein) eingesetzt. Das Jochbein ist ein Bereich, der den Oberkieferknochen st\u00fctzt und normalerweise h\u00e4rter ist.
