All-on-Four and All-on-Six is an implant treatment for patients who have completely lost their teeth. All-on-Four and All-on-Six Treatment Process

All-on-Four and All-on-Six treatments are planned in detail using computerized 3D tomography. In these examinations, the lengths, widths and angles of the jawbone are calculated; the angles where the implants will be placed are determined by meticulous calculations.

• All-on-Four Technique: Four implants are placed in the upper and lower jaw bones at optimal angles.
• All-on-Six Technique: Six implants are placed. The extra implants allow the prosthesis to get more support from the jawbone during biting.

The procedure is performed under local anesthesia so that the patient does not feel any pain or soreness during the operation. Pre-measured temporary prostheses are placed over the implants. These temporary prostheses are replaced with permanent prostheses after about three months.
